Terms and Conditions of Breeding and Accessories Store

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using the services of the breeding and the online store selling accessories. By using our website, users agree to abide by the following conditions.

1. General Provisions

1.2. These terms apply to the use of the breeding services (puppy reservations) and the purchases in the online store.
1.3. Users are required to read and accept these terms before using the services.

2. Puppy Reservations

2.1. Puppy reservations at our breeding are made through phone or email contact.
2.2. To reserve a puppy, the user must pay a deposit, the amount of which will be determined individually.
2.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the breeding is unable to fulfill the reservation due to health issues of the puppy.
2.4. The puppy will be handed over after reaching the appropriate age (usually around 12 weeks old).

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The breeding and store reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be published on the website and come into effect at the time of publication.

7. Protection of Personal Data

7.1. The administrator of personal data of users is Bull Mania Poland, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

7.2. Users' personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and other services in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Complaints and Returns

6.1. Products purchased in the online store can be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition. The return shipping costs are borne by the user.

6.2. Complaints regarding defective products will be considered within 14 business days of submission.

6.3. In the case of purchasing a puppy, complaints regarding its health or other aspects will be handled individually.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Orders in the online store are processed within [processing time] business days after payment has been received.

5.2. Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and are visible during the order process.

5.3. The breeding sends puppies worldwide, both by bus and by airplane, according to the established transport conditions. The costs and details of the transport are agreed individually with the customer before shipment.

4. Payments

4.1. Payments for products in the online store can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other available methods.
4.2. For puppy reservations, payments will be made according to the individual agreement.
4.3. Payments must be made within 7 business days from the date of order or reservation.

3.1. The online store offers the sale of accessories for animals and products for bull terrier enthusiasts.
3.2. The prices of products are listed on the store’s website and may change.
3.3. Orders are processed based on product availability and payment terms.
3.4. Placing an order by the user is equivalent to entering into a sales agreement.
3.5. Shipping costs are borne by the user, unless a promotion states otherwise.
